Virtual events

As face to face Conference organisers we have, in the main, shied away from Virtual events, due to Covid-19 we have now embraced the ‘Virtual’ World with gusto! In 2021 we organised over 70 virtual events, ranging from a webinar for 40 people to a Congress with over 600 presenters. 

For previous projects, we’ve used EventsAIR to manage registrations, abstract review, exhibitions, sponsorships, financial management, poster presentations and more

EventsAIR has released a new virtual and hybrid event platform called OnAIR that extends their capabilities to create virtual and hybrid events where attendees can participate in an interactive and engaging way.

Built as an extension of their live event platform, many aspects, ranging from registration, communications and reporting to gamification, presenter and exhibitor management work seamlessly across both the virtual and live programs.
