Neuropsychology 4: Going Further into Neuropsychological Assessment. Bringing it all together

Thursday 18th October 2018 at BPS Offices, Tabernacle Street, London

This workshop focuses on a more in-depth consideration of a collaborative form of neuropsychological assessment. We will explore an approach to neuropsychological assessment suited to those psychologists already experienced in clinical areas of practise. We will consider specific case studies and the need for careful therapeutic planning. This is the added value counselling psychologists can bring to all areas of neuropsychology practise.

This is the final of a series of four workshops intended to offer counselling psychologists knowledge of neuropsychology, approaches to assessment and informing therapeutic intervention. This workshop brings together the learning from workshops 1-3 to encourage delegates to develop a collaborate form of neuropsychological assessment and application in practice.

Who is the course intended for?

This workshop will be particularly useful for those psychologists at the end of their accredited training or post qualified who have not had the opportunity to engage in psychometric training or neuropsychology.
