29th International Society for Anthrozoology Annual Conference, Liverpool, UK

ISAZ was formed in 1991 as a supportive organisation for the scientific and scholarly study of human-animal interactions. ISAZ is a non-profit, non-political organisation with a worldwide, multi-disciplinary membership of students, scholars and interested professionals.

Topics will be incorporated throughout poster sessions, various talks and several plenary sessions. The plenary speakers will be made up of invited speakers and will be noted and recognised individual's representing their expertise in multiple areas.

Who should Attend:
The meeting brings together a broad range of researchers, corporate employees, animal charity workers and professionals working in fields relevant to anthrozoology, such as animal welfare, anthropology, ethology, history, medicine, psychology, sociology and veterinary medicine. You will have the chance to meet and engage with people from all over the world!

The theme for the ISAZ Conference is ‘One Health, One Welfare: Wellbeing for all in human-animal interactions’

The conference will take place in the Central Teaching Hub at the University of Liverpool which is situated in Liverpool City Centre. The city of Liverpool has a lot to offer. It is a modern, vibrant city, proud of its rich heritage and world trade roots, famous for its friendly people and known worldwide for football and the famous foursome the Beatles.
