This 2-day course is ideal for counsellors and therapists who are seeking to become supervisors. This course also has particular value for managers in public and private sector organisations who supervise the workload of employees exposed to the risk of physical, psychological and emotional harm.
Participants will be counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists and managers from organisations like the Probation Service, Prison Service, Social Services, the NHS, Ambulance and Fire services, fostering agencies and rehabilitation centres.
