Now in its fourth year, Visit Peak District & Derbyshire's Tourism Fair is firmly positioned as one of the industry events for tourism. With over 100 exhibiting businesses, a dedicated business support area plus an Online Marketing training workshop that's free to attend, Tourism Exchange is the meeting place for the tourism community as the year begins. If you're looking for new experiences to promote to your guests, or perhaps just want to remind yourself of what a diverse range of activities the Peak District & Derbyshire has to offer, then this is the event for you! Advanced Online Marketing Techniques

As the web develops, there are more and more avenues available to market your site. This session covers some of the main developments that your business should be utilising: link building, social media (Web 2.0) and conversion testing.

Search engine optimisation today relies heavily on links from other websites - we'll tell you several techniques to get more links to your site. You will then learn how social media (review sites, blogging, YouTube etc.) can help market your business online. The session concludes with tips on testing and optimising conversions on your site, making sure you get the best value from your marketing efforts.
