Introduction
NHS mental health services across the East Midlands are working together with Combat Stress to improve access to services by armed forces' veterans by providing high quality support tailored to an individual's needs, with the aim to make sure that veterans and their families are never far from help by encouraging them to seek help earlier.
The five regional mental health services providers along with Combat Stress will work with individuals to address their mental health needs and provide friendly and accessible support to veterans, their carers and families.
