Introduction
This workshop is for Applied Psychologists with several years' experience, who wish to apply for Consultant posts, and have the associated KSF competencies.
The focus is on ways of developing excellent influencing skills in leadership roles.

There will be opportunity to explore the employment criteria for Consultant Psychologists and gain skills relating to the job application process.
Malcolm is an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with extensive experience of designing and delivering modular Leadership; Management; Project Management and Change Management within both the public and private sectors. Specialising in Leadership; Management Development; Talent Management; Fast Change & Organisation Development.
