By the end of the programme you will have prepared a set of business improvement action plans. The programme aims to help you to identify and focus upon strategies to improve the productivity, performance and profits of your business. This is achieved through the use of set of simple, and effective tools that you will learn how to use to increase sales, reduce costs and improve performance.
