Seminar Sessions

Seminar 1: How to be Effective in Sales
Marcus Kilvington & Nick Eastwood
East GB

Irrespective of the industry or market sector you are in, the size or nature of the people you work and deal with, selling is the MOST IMPORTANT part of your business.  Production of goods and services without sales means they end up on the waste pile!  Nothing ever happens until something is sold!  Everything has to be sold including you!
"Great Salespeople are made NOT born" This workshop will give you an understanding on how good and bad sales people present themselves.  We will show you how to ask questions and then more importantly, how to listen properly to those answers.  You will understand why understanding your customer is so vitally important.  We will disintegrate your preconceptions about 'what selling is'.  We will explain why selling sometimes internally can be harder than selling externally and what you can do about it.  You will leave the workshop feeling more confident, in your abilities to help your current and potential customers, buy more from you.

Seminar 2: A new way of working with IIP

Remaining socially and ethically responsible can be a challenge with the constant pace of change in the workplace - are we doing enough?  Are we meeting or failing to meet new regulations?  This presentation will show how employees and a 'responsible business agenda' are the keys to making the jigsaw fit together.  Aiming to draw together the themes of organisations development and staff welfare this session will show that employee well-being really is a bottom line issue that companies ignore at their peril.
