Cancellation Policy:*	Cancellations must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to the event start date to receive a refund; however there will be an administration fee of £75.00 taken from your payment, or issued if you have not yet sent the payment. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the event are not eligible for any refund. We are happy to receive substitute delegates at any time.
