Cancellation Policy:*

Cancellations must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to the event start date to receive a refund; however there will be an administration fee of £50.00. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the event are not eligible for any refund. We are happy to receive substitute delegates at any time. Completion of this form is a binding financial contract of payment of the attendance fee.
