When we made the decision to work towards gaining the Investors In People accreditation, no-one could possibly have envisaged just how quickly we would achieve it and now three years later we have just been re-accredited.

The very first, Derbyshire Investors In People Conference, held at Pride Park, was seen as the ideal occasion at which to be presented with the plaque. Tasked with presenting the award to Rebecca, was Stuart Almond, Chairman of EMQC. "This has to be a record," he said. "I don't think we have had a company achieve Investors In People so quickly and, unusually, everyone here today has had first hand experience of the professionalism of the company, as they have been the event organizer for this very conference"

For us the investment in our staff is important and an imperative part of our business so we are delighted to be re-accredited.
